Judy Fae Cash

JUDY FAE (RAINEY) CASH, age 66, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 31, 2016. In Heaven, she has finally met her daddy and was reunited with the rest of her family. Judy spent many years as a manager at Dollar General Store and then as an employee of the Cumberland Estates Food City. She loved her co-workers and customers. She was an avid animal lover. She would never let a stray be without a home. She and Sam enjoyed many trips touring the country by motorcycle and RV. She was also known for her passion for antique furniture and restoration. She loved making things with her hands and quilting. She is preceded in death by her parents, Barney Marvin “Doody” Rainey and Ruby Gibbs Rainey; brothers, Charles and Virgil Rainey; sister, Wilma Acres. Judy is survived by her devoted husband, Samuel J. Cash, Jr.; daughter, Leisa Ensley and husband Kevin; son, Travis Parsons; daughter, Kristle Denison; grandsons, Blake Ensley, Gavin Denison; granddaughter, Bailey Ensley of Knoxville. Stepson, Jay Cash and wife Michelle; grandson, Noah Cash and granddaughter, Emily Cash of Kingston. Loving sister, Patsy McMillan; brother-in-law, Larry Acres; sister-in-law, Faye Rainey of Marlow and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday, in Weaver’s chapel, from 6:00-8:00 pm with service to follow at 8:00 pm. Family and friends will meet 8:30 am Thursday at Weaver Funeral Home to proceed to East Tennessee Veteran’s Cemetery on John Sevier Highway, for a 9:30 am interment.
