LeeVena Lundy

LeeVena Lundy, age 82 of Knoxville, passed from this life to her eternal reward through faith in Christ on Friday, March 30, 2018. LeeVena was an active member at South Knoxville Church of God, where she worshiped and served since 1960.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey William Atchley and June Ailey Atchley; husband, Charles Lundy; son, Mark Lundy and grandson, Maxim Hurst. She is survived by her sons, Steve Lundy (Michelle), Phil Lundy (Mitzi); devoted daughter, Brenda Hurst (David); granddaughters, Dareth Hall (Matthew), Jessica Hurst (David), Kelsey Childress (Jesse), Jennifer Kibler; grandsons, Phillip Lundy, Jr., William Lundy, David Hurst (Jessica), Darren Hurst (Holly) and great-grandchildren Parker and Gavin Hall, Harris, Murphi and Chandler Hurst, and Carolina Childress.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 2, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at South Knoxville Church of God (5623 Magazine Road) with the memorial service following at 8:00 pm, Rev. Phil Lundy and Rev. Robert Branch officiating. The family will convene at Berry Highland South on Simpson Road for burial on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11:00 am.
