Linda C. Barber, age 73, of Knoxville, TN, passed away on 05/13/2021. Linda worked for the Knox County Registers Office for over 40 years where she took on the role as a Supervisor in the Indexing Department. Linda went through a battle with cancer that she fought for 17 years. She is preceded in death by her parents Stewart and Lois Cooper. Linda is survived by her husband of 51 years Richard Barber; brother Stewart Cooper; nephew Chaz Cooper. In lieu of flowers the family would like for donations to be made in Linda's name to the American Cancer Society. To honor Linda's request the family will not be holding any services.
