Bowman, Lucinda (Cindy), of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 29, 2012. Cindy was born October 4, 1919. She retired from West Haven Medical Clinic. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and she loved and rescued many dogs. She was preceded by husband, Frank S. Bowman in 1961; parents; 3 brothers and 2 sisters; and son, Sidney Bowman. Cindy is survived by: 2 daughters and sons-in-laws, Ronnie and Bill Harrison, and Linda and Doug Totty; brother and sister-in-law, Martin and Mildred Cagle; sister, Mary Walker; grandchildren, Scott Bowman and Christopher Hendrickson, Shawna and Scott Harrison, John, Keith and Michael Totty and Caron Strong; 4 great-grandchildren, Erica, Connor, Sydney and Kylan. Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at Berry Funeral Home from 10-11:30 AM. Service will follow at 11:30 AM. Interment will be at The National Cemetery.
