McClanahan, Martha Jean “Aunt Jean” (Graham) age 69, of Maryville, TN went to be with our Lord Monday, April 3, 2017 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Stonewall Baptist Church. Aunt Jean was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and she left a legacy of serving the Lord Jesus Christ. Aunt Jean was born and raised in Knoxville, TN., but lived in Maryville, TN. She graduated from West High School in Knoxville. She lived a life of caring and giving and always put forth others needs before her own. Aunt Jean is preceded in death by parents, Virgil and Christine (Woods) Emory; sister, Brenda Johnson. Survived by loving husband, Fred McClanahan; sons, James “Jimmy” (Jennifer) Graham, Charles “Charlie” Graham, Robert “Bobby” (Maria) Graham; step son, Brian (Karen) McClanahan; step daughter, Kayle (Matt) Prince; grandchildren, Kristine and Eddie Graham, Demetrius and Dominick Graham, Savannah Reagan, Lyriq Parker, Tabitha Parker, Bryan Westley, Whitney (Dustin) Franklin, Samantha (Justin) Loop, Erica McClanahan, Allison McClanahan, Jessie Baker, Elysium Prince, Matthew Prince; great grandson, Carter Loop; brothers, Charles (Lisa) Emory, Robert (Susie) Emory; sisters, Alma “Peanut” (Eddie) Murphy, Carolyn (Bobby) Hunley, Judy (Buster) Graham; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, April 7th from 12-2 pm at Berry Highland South on East Simpson Road with service to follow at 2pm. Pastor Vonzel Whetsell and Justin Tucker will be officiating. Entombment to directly follow funeral service at Berry Highland South.
