Mary Irene Kennedy, age 84 of Morgan County, passed away March 18, 2023. She was in nursing for forty plus years. Preceded in death by her father, Harry Thomas Kennedy; mother, Sarah Irene Kennedy; siblings, Thomas, Roger and Ann. Survived by daughter Sarah; son, Tom (Henrietta); granddaughters, Brandi (Tommy) and Zara; great-grandchildren, Byron and Brylie; sister-in-law, Carol, several nieces, nephews and close friends of the family. Family will receive friends Friday, March 24, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Weaver Funeral Home.
