NEWMAN, MICHAEL C. - age 62 of Knoxville passed away May 9, 2011 at his home. Michael was a member of West Lonsdale Baptist church. He was an Air Force Veteran and retired from the Post Office in 2004. Preceded in death by parents, Kenneth E. Newman, Sr. and Mildred Hale Newman. Survived by brothers, Kenneth E. Newman, Jr. Samuel and Brenda Newman, Steven W. and Dorothy Newman, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday 6-8 pm at Weavers. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Thursday at New Gray Cemetery for an 11:00 am graveside service.
