Michael David Stalans

STALANS, MICHAEL DAVID, age 58 of Blaine, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014. He was owner of Spur’n S Rodeo. Member of Bashert Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Arlie and Cleo Stalans; brother, Gary Stalans. Survivors wife of 31 years, Jennifer; sons, Wes (Sarah), John (Loren); granddaughter, Dallis; sister and best friend, Linda Stalans; brother, Arlie (Rita); special aunt, Iris Wilson; sister-in-law, Diane; nieces, Amy Hixon and Brandy Johnson; mother-in-law, Junav Bailey; brother-in-law, Joe and Jo Bailey; a large extended family and many, many friends. Pallbearers include: Joe Bailey, David Evans, Darrall Frazier, Marvin Greene, Matt Ramsey, and Kendall Rolen. Mike leaves behind Wes and John to carry on his legacy in the rodeo world. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Bashert Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held Sunday, March 16, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the church and proceed to Richland cemetery for the interment. Pastor Darrall Walker and Scott Hilgendorff officiating.
