

Nancy was a devoted member of Fountain City United Methodist Church and found deep fulfillment in her nursing career, where she touched many lives with compassion and care. She had a spirited love for travel, always eager to explore new places and create lasting memories. She also adored her beloved dogs, who brought her endless joy and companionship. Nancy had no greater love in her life than the love she felt for her family and her Lord.
Nancy is preceded in death by her daughter Kathy Watson, her mother, and her four sisters. She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Kim) Davenport and John (Laura) Davenport; niece, Tricia Karnes; grandchildren, Charlotte Gaudiano, Julie Davenport, Brian Davenport, and Blake Davenport; great-grandchildren, Oliver Gaudiano and Reece Gaudiano, as well as many dear friends and neighbors.
A receiving of family and friends for Nancy will be held Friday, August 1, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Berry Highland West, 9913 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37932. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Mount Olive Cemetery in South Knoxville, 2301-2403 Berry Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920.
