Smith-Sams, Patricia D., went to be with the Lord on September 16, 2013. She attended Old Time Gospel Baptist Church in Seymour, TN. She was the co-owner of Great Eastern Cargo Carriers. Preceded in death by a son, Joshua Sams; father, Fred Smith; sisters: Terri Elaine, Sandra Kay and Debrah Janet; brothers: Roger, Ricky and Brian. Survived by children: Raven, Mariah, Destin, Jaden, Hunter Sams; husband, James Sams; mother, Frances Smith; brothers: Fred II (wife, Libby), Gary and Ronnie. Family will receive friends on Friday, September 20, 2013 from 5-7 P.M. with funeral services to follow at Berry Funeral Home.
