Ralph Eugene Cloud

CLOUD, RALPH EUGENE (SONNY), age- 78 of Knoxville passed away June 18th at Mercy West Hospital, a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. He is retired from Mormon Transmotive and was a member of the Cherokee Lodge for 50 years. Sonny was also a member of the Rocky Top Car Club. Sonny enjoyed his life of piddling and was a wonderful husband, great father, and loving grandfather. He will be missed. He is proceded in death by parents, W.L. Cloud and Emma Cloud, brothers, LeRoy, Paul, and Boyd Cloud. Sonny is survived by his wife, Christine Cloud and his two daughters, Terry and Bobby Mutchnick of California; and Robin and Robert Jenkins of Knoxville, sisters, Peggy Sharpe and Kathleen Hinton, grandchildren; Jonathan, Megan and Ryan Mutchnick, Parker and Cooper Jenkins, and great-grandchild Blake. We would like to say a special thank you to all of our family, friends, and neighbors for all of your prayers, love, and support. “Don’t let a day slip by without saying I love you to the ones you love.” Family will receive friends Monday 6-8 pm at Weaver Funeral Home with a chapel service to follow at 8 pm. Family and friends will meet 9:45 am Tuesday at Highland Memorial Park for a 10 am interment with the Cherokee Lodge conducting a graveside service. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association or The Alzheimer’s Association.
