Rebecca "Joyce" Fox, age 54 of Knoxville passed away April 24, 2017. Joyce was a graduate from U.T. Knoxville in 1985 with a B.A. in Biology. She then graduated from Roane State College in 1987 with an A.S. in Respiratory Therapy. Joyce worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist for 30 years. She was a lover of animals, being in the outdoors and working with her flowers and crafts. Preceded in death by grandparents, Clinton and Mae Fox of Jellico and Earl and Dora Davis of Newcomb; parents, Joseph C. Fox, M.D and Charlotte A. Fox, R.N. of Jellico. She is survived by her sister, Frances Jo Fox of Knoxville and her beloved pet Bear. Visitation will be held at Weaver Funeral Home Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 5:00-6:00 pm.
