Ownby, Rebecca Lynn Paul (Becky) 64 of Knoxville, TN earned her wings Wednesday, September 7, 2016. She was a lifetime honorary member of the Knoxville Police Department. Becky was preceded in death by parents, Otto (Doc) and Jug (Mum) Paul. She is survived by siblings, Diana (Steve) Carson, Rachel Palmer, Brian Paul; nieces and nephews, Stacy (Scott) Trentham, Samantha Trentham, Jake Trentham, Paul Carson, Jordan Paul, Logan Paul; special nephew by love, Bubba Romo; a host of other family and friends.
