Richard Edwin Harvey, age 86, passed away in Maryville, Tennessee on May 9, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Beatrice Harvey. He is survived by three children, Richard Jr., Linda and Dale; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Services will be held at Tennessee Veteran’s Cemetery in Knoxville. The family greatly appreciates the staff at Wellington Place in Maryville for providing a happy home and nurturing care.
