Robert was a proud Vietnam Veteran with the US Navy, as well as a proud father and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard J. Allen Jr; his mother, Elizabeth Allen; daughter, Pam Allen; and his brothers, Richard and Fred Allen. Robert is survived by his son, Andy Allen; daughter, Letticia (Levi) Howell; brother, Ed Allen; sister, Joyce Merrick; four beloved grandchildren; and very special family friend, Tom Evans.
The family would like to give a very special thank you to Creekside at Shallowford for loving him & taking such great care of him and to the TN State Veterans Home in Cleveland, TN for the great care & compassion given to him & his daughter Letticia during his final days on Earth.
