

Robert Earl Huffaker "Bobby", age 68, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on December 01, 2016. He was a member of Colonial Heights United Methodist Church and graduated from Fulton High School in 1967; Co- Captain of the football team, The Mighty Mites, in 1967. He played ice hockey and boxed with Golden Gloves. Bobby was an avid UT football and Lady Vols fan. He loved fishing and spent years on Norris Lake on his house boat. Bobby played softball for many years in the Knoxville church league. He was the middle of nine children, raised in North Knoxville. He loved God and his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ruth Huffaker; and his loving wife of 41 years Janet C. Huffaker; brothers, R.L. Huffaker Jr, Fred Huffaker, sister Leah Anne Huffaker Lufkin. Bobby is survived by his brothers, Butch (Elizabeth) Huffaker, John (Frances) Huffaker, Jimmy (Sheila) Huffaker, Alfred (Gayla) Huffaker, Rufus (Pamela) Huffaker and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 04, 2016 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, with service to follow at 7:00pm. Ron Lawson officiating. There will be a graveside service at 11:00am Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Greenwood Cemetery.
