Robert Lee Vogel of Knoxville passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016, at home. Bob was raised in Pompton Plains, NJ, and moved to Knoxville in 2004. He was a member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church, as well as Knox County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and the Roane County Bar Association, and was an Army veteran. Bob enjoyed making music, cooking, writing, poetry, art, spending time with family and friends, but his most important relationship was with the Lord. He had a passion for justice in his work, and gave all he had to his clients. Bob is survived by his parents, Robert and Sandra Vogel of Maryville, his wife, Karen, his daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth and Brett Lubansky, his daughter, Rachel and his son, Aaron. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to Camp Cedarbrook in the Adirondacks or Deerfoot Lodge. Family will receive friends at Berry Highland West at 9913 Sherrill Blvd. Knoxville, TN on Wednesday, June 8 from 5pm-7pm. Memorial Service will begin at 7pm.
