Fondly known as Rudy, he was born in the Philippines and is a Mechanical Engineer. He migrated to the US in 1971.
Rudy is survived by Elizabeth, his loving wife for 59 years and three sons, Rommel, Norman and Rudel.He is also survived by his sister Zeny, daughters in law, Stephanie, Elaine and Kaye and grandchildren MM, Dee-Dee and Natalie.
Rudy was predeceased by his parents Amado and Felina and sisters Lily and Dolly.
Private viewing was held at Berry Highland West on Oct 7, 2023.
Rudy has been a great husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a very active member and passionate leader of the Filipino American Association in East TN. He is also a devout Catholic. He will surely be missed.
