Special thanks to the Diggs family, the Duncan family, and the Justice family for all of the faith they have had. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Bethel United Methodist Church, 2004 Amherst Road, Knoxville, TN 37921.
"Our Dear Sally Monday"
We often hear these words
"Give me my roses, when I'm with you."
We should always give our love
And deep appreciation for all they do.
This is my effort to share
How special and sweet you are!
Sally Monday - a joy and delight!
The same whether near or far!
Sally has been such a blessing
to know and be a part of her life.
A devoted Christian -
Mother, sister, and Fred's wife!
Sally fills our days with gifts -
That will always bring you a smile
And a good bit of information
That will make you think for a while!
A woman who can push a mower,
Tend a garden, create a delicious meal,
Lend a helping hand or listening ear,
Make you laugh or make an appeal!
She brings a wealth of knowledge -
Whether from a book she's read -
Stories of Campbell county days -
Gleanings from conversations with Fred.
A woman of faith and delight -
With a song of faith in her lips,
An affirming worf from the pew,
And some commonsensical tips!
We ask God to bless you Sally,
For you are a blessing to our days!
We want to be a blessing to you
and to sing out your praise!
