Steve DeWayne Tanner, age 59 passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024. A 1983 graduate of South Young High School, where he played football. Steve enjoyed a lifelong career as a plumber, working with many different companies along the way. He was baptized and saved at Mooreland Heights Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father and mother, William Wayne Tanner and Ollie Iva Tanner.
He leaves behind his son, Steve Tanner, Jr.; brothers, David Tanner and Terry Tanner (Sandy); as well as several nieces and nephews.
At Steve's request, a private service will be held at a later date.
