Travis Matthew Culpepper, age 53, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on August 10, 2025. Travis respectfully and proudly served in the US Air Force for 33 years and retired as Senior Master Sergeant.
Travis was preceded in death by mother, Kay Culpepper; grandmother, Martha Hoisington; close friend, Jeff Yarber.
He is survived by wife of 14 years, Michelle Culpepper; children, Jaydon and Kennedy Stamm; father, Leonard Culpepper; brother and sister-in-law, Stephen and Lisa Culpepper; sister-in-law, Melissa Davis.
Family to receive friends Wednesday, August 13th from 6-9pm with funeral service at 7:30pm. Graveside service with military honors will take place Thursday, August 14th at 10am at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E. Gov. John Sevier Hwy., Knoxville, TN 37920. Friends and family will meet at Weaver Funeral Home at 8:30 am for procession to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the family to cover funeral and medical expenses.
