Vivarene Louise Carter, of Seymour, passed away December 20, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Carter, Sr.; parents, Mary and Bernard Floyd; brothers, Coy, B.J., Billy, and Don Floyd; sisters, Emily Ford and Jean Marcum; granddaughters, Alisha Boling and Stacey Newton. Survivors include daughters, Darlene Aharndt, Teresa (Steve) Boling; son, Roy Newton, III; grandchildren, Natasha Emmert, Ronnie Wells and Thomas Newton; brothers, Terry, Roger and Dewey Floyd; numerous great grandchildren.
