Mrs. Wilma Jean McConville, age 91 of Kodak, peacefully passed away at home on November 2, 2020. Wilma loved watching the Atlanta Braves. Wilma enjoyed traveling with her beloved husband John McConville. She was also a competitive bowler but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family, whom will miss her very much.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband John McConville; parents Louis and Minnie Gebell; father of her children Kenneth Cope; brother Richard Gebell.
She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories daughter, Deborah (Curtis) Rumbaugh; Sons, Robert (Susan) Cope, David (Sharon) Cope; sister, Barbara (Frank) King; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and her fur baby Jax.
The family will receive friends at Berry Highland South Funeral Home, 9010 E. Simpson Rd., Knoxville, TN 37920, on Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm, Graveside Services will immediately follow the funeral service at Berry Highland South Cemetery, 9010 E. Simpson Rd., Knoxville, TN 37920. In lieu of flowers, Wilma would really appreciate donations in her honor be sent to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, 318 Nancy Lynn Lane, Knoxville TN 37919.
