Arthur Eugene Fisher

Arthur Eugene Fisher, 81, of Kokomo, passed away at 8:19 a.m., Saturday, May 13, 2015. He was born on December 16, 1935, in Kokomo to the late Glenn and Edna Fisher (Lynch). Arthur married Mary Brock in July 8th, 1955. she preceded him in death in 2015. He worked for Kokomo Spring Company, a custodian at Kokomo Center Schools, and was a self-employed carpenter. Arthur was a member Crossroads Community Church. His hobbies included camping, people watching, and spending time with his family.

Arthur is survived by children, Glenda Sherrell of Kokomo, and Stephen (Valerie) Fisher of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Lindsay Reed, Spencer Sherrell, Graham (Erika) Sherrell, Patrick Fisher, Denise Fisher, Michelle (Ricardo) Guerrero, and Melanie Vernon; great grandchildren, Elias Reed, Riley and Zoey Sherrell, Eyan Reed, Alexander and Mia Guerrero. Arthur was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Fisher; brothers Charles and Kenneth Fisher; sister Peggy (Carl) Foster, and grandchild Zachary Fisher.

The funeral service for Arthur will be held at 1:00 p.m. with calling from 11:00a.m. on Wednesday, May 17th, 2017, at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel, 725 South Main Street, with Pastor Lynn Brust officiating. Burial will be at Crown Point Cemetery, Kokomo.
