Beverly Michelle-Ann Sears

Beverly Michelle-Ann Sears, 61, of Kokomo, formerly of Monterey, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017 at St. Vincent Kokomo. She was born August 3, 1955 in Gary, Indiana to the late James and Loretta Harris, and adopted and lovingly raised by Mr. and Mrs. William Sears.

Beverly retired in 2012 from Lau Industries in skilled trades after 33 years of employment. She was known as a hard worker by her supervisor and coworkers. Beverly enjoyed music, gardening, sewing, and writing to her loved ones and friends. She was a devout Jehovah Witness and member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses of Kokomo.

Beverly is survived by her two sons, John William Thomas and Tyson King; two daughters, Tiffany Williams and Kimberly Sears; grandchildren, Kia Lenea, Brendan, Sienna, Brianna, Christopher, DaVaughn, Abigail, Esynce, Josiah, and Jenesis; brother, James Harris; three sisters, Valerie Harris, Gemini Sears, and Rose Parker; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by son, Christopher Sears; and her parents.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses of Kokomo with Lenon Harris officiating. Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, assisted the family with arrangements.
