In loving memory of Chase A. "The Boy" "Mijo" Hill. Chase Alexander Hill was born July 15th, 1997 in Kokomo, IN and passed away on December 25th, 2025 at the age of 28. He passed peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones after a strenuous battle with ongoing health complications.
Diagnosed as a type one diabetic at age 9, Chase refused to let anything hold him back. He lived his short life to the fullest.
Chase aspired for greatness in everything he set his mind to. From Brazilian jujitsu to the "basketball jones" he'd had his entire life, nothing could stand in the way of his ambitions.
In such little time, Chase accomplished becoming a self-taught drummer and barber, an ordained minister, an influential officer at Kinsey Youth Center, and most recently, a manager of Men's Warehouse while studying to be a paralegal.
But no other achievements could compare to the success & happiness he found following his passion to become a deejay. DJ 1350 was an inspiration to many and between his immeasurable talents, larger than life personality, and a heart too pure for this world, he will not soon be forgotten.
Chase is survived by his mom Deb Hill, his sister Debrianne (Don) Kyle, his nieces & nephew; Leina "Ziro" Frigge, Myla Frigge, Raeda Frigge and Kaster Frigge, maternal aunt Donna (Bub) Dale, and paternal aunt Missy Hill. Chase is also survived by his fiancée Emily Hafley and lifelong friends Brad and Brandon Rinearson and Brett Melton.
Chase was preceded in death by his dad Rick Hill and both sets of grandparents; Elmo (Winnie) Hill, and Bill & Frances Hancock. Chase will also be reuniting with his "fur brothers" Lucky, King and Cash "Monkey" Hill.
If you would like to come pay your respects and send this remarkable young man off in style, services will be held Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 at Eller's Mortuary, Webster Street Chapel, from 1pm-5pm. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting potted plants to nurture.
