

Cleta enjoyed sewing and quilting. She previously attended the United Methodist Church in Amboy, IN and the Mount Olive United Methodist Church in Marion, IN. Cleta was a caregiver most of her life caring for the elderly in their homes. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed family gatherings during the holidays.
Surviving relatives include her daughter, Alma J. Caldwell (Dean) of Swayzee, IN; five grandchildren, Paul Caldwell (Holly) of Kokomo, IN; Alicia Vitatoe (Andrew) of Chillicothe, OH; Amanda Bell of Marion, IN; Brooks Bell (Ellie) of Jonesboro, IN; Jamie Bell of Marion, IN; great grandchildren, Victoria Trafelet (Reid); Drew Caldwell; Cami Epperhart (Ethan); Evelyn Vitatoe; Ryan Vitatoe; Katelyn Caldwell; Kaylee Caldwell; Charlotte Vitatoe; Kloe Bell; Brooks Bell, Jr.; Jazzlynn Smith; Max Bell; Brookleigh Bell; Linkon Bell; brother, Gene Easton and sister, Mildred Elliott.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Gary Bell, and brothers Lonnie Easton and Charles Easton.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Friday, April 4, 2025 at Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center. Funeral services 12:00 PM Friday, April 4, 2025 at Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center 3400 S. Webster Street Kokomo, Indiana 46902. There will be a lunch served at the funeral home before the burial. Burial will follow at Thrailkill Cemetery in Swayzee, IN at 3:00 PM. The family would like to thank the staff at Suite Living in Marion, IN and Stillwater Hospice for all the care they provided for mom. Each nurse was very special to mom.
