Edith M. Sullivan, 76, Kokomo, went to be with our loving Lord on Thursday, October 30, 2014, at Kindred Transitional. She was born February 4, 1938, in Düsseldorf, Germany, to Eugene and Else (Burbach) Damnjacob. In October of 1976, she married Cecil Sullivan, and he preceded her in death.
She was a devoted and loving mother. She had worked at Millbanks and was a member of Sheet Metal Local #20.
She is survived by two sons, Mike (Lori) Roach, Madera, California and Bill (Cheryl) Roach, Kokomo; her first husband, Robert M. Roach; six grandchildren, Tim Roach, Nick Roach, Kerri Roach, John (Chelsea) Roach, Alicia Eltzroth, and RJ Eltzroth; and three great-grandchildren, Dakota Roach, Abygail Roach, and Robert Roach; as well as her family in Germany.
She was preceded in death by her second husband, Cecil Sullivan and her parents.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Sawyer officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
