

Geraldine J. Martin, 95, of Walton, Indiana entered the arms of Jesus listening to the hymn, "When We All Get To Heaven" on April 23, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on August 11, 1929 in Kokomo, Indiana, to the late Kenneth McCombs and Alma McCombs (Hale). Geraldine married Max Martin on October 25, 1947, and he precedes her death.
Geraldine attended Kokomo High School. She was a co-owner and co-operator with her husband of Pipe Creek Kennels. Geraldine was a member of the Beagle Club and attended field trials. She loved going to garage sales with her daughter and great-grandson, Aidan. She also spent weekends at her own booth at the flea market. Geraldine collected porcelain dolls and fenton. She gave her life to the Lord in 1953. Her favorite song was “I’ll fly away.” She made the best chicken and noodles and yeast rolls. Geraldine also attended Living Truth Bible Church. She loved God, family, church family, friends, and her dog, Choco. Geraldine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Surviving is her daughter Jeri Ann (Timothy) Wendling; two sons, David (Jacque) Martin and Steven Martin; Dale (Betty) McCombs; sister-in-law, Janet Martin; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death is her loving husband, Max; daughter, Tonia Ellison; and brother, Donald McCombs.

A visitation for Geraldine will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Living Truth Bible Church, 3017 East State Road 218, Walton, Indiana 46994. A funeral service will occur Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM, 3017 East State Road 218, Walton, Indiana 46994. A final resting place will occur Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Crown Point Cemetery, Kokomo, Indiana 46901.
