Jimmie Paul Davis, 77, of Kokomo Indiana passed away on December 2, 2021. He was born on March 25, 1944 in Searcy, Arkansas the son of Clarence Lee and Pauline (Nelson) Davis. Jimmie proudly served his country in both the United States Air Force and the Army. He worked at Chrysler for 44 years and was a contractor with his father at Davis Construction, building over 300 homes in the Kokomo area. He loved airplanes and helicopters, working on them during his service in the Army.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Eddie.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 23 years, Pamela; children, Craig Wolf, Amanda Fields; grandchildren, Sasha, Shania, Alix, Serenity, Lillian, Sophia; great-grandchildren, James, Jackson, Jaylnn, Brinley, Deklin; sister, Carolyn; niece, Nicole; and many other friends and relatives.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home 2097 West Alto Road Kokomo, Indiana 46902. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
