Joy (Powers) Cochran, of Kokomo, IN, passed away on January 25, 2026 in Kokomo, IN, at the age of 93 following a short illness. She and her deceased husband, Bill (BIlly) Cochran, were natives of Dickenson County, VA.
Graveside services for both will be held at a later date and they will be interred together at Forest Hills Memory Gardens in Abingdon, VA. In lieu of flowers the family suggests sending monetary donations in memory of Joy to The Alzheimer's Association online at donorservices.alz.org or to Alzheimer' Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
