Keith Ernest Fulbright, 70, Kokomo, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at his home. He was born December 11, 1944, in Hickory, North Carolina, to Millard and Ruth (Spencer) Fulbright. On July 15, 1987, he married Laura (Mickle) Fulbright, and she survives.
He worked at Chrysler for over thirty years and retired in 2003. He was a member of the Moose, the Eagles, and the UAW.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Dean (Linda) Fulbright, Kentucky, James (Teresa) Fulbright, Indianapolis, Curt (Amy) Fulbright, Avon, and James (Stephanie) Mickle, Indianapolis; one daughter, Sandie (Charles) Cummins, Indianapolis; granddaughter and caregiver, Christina Batchlar; caregiver, Andrew Scoles; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, James (Barb) Fulbright, and Kenny (Sue) Fulbright; two sisters, Rosie (Leroy) Chadd, and Vergie Elam; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two great-grandchildren; one nephew; and brother-in-law, Carl Elam.
The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Srapson officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow. Messages of condolence may be expressed online at www.sunsetmemorygarden.com.
