

Linda Lee Lamb, 70, Kokomo, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014, at North Woods Village. She was born April 14, 1944, in Richmond, to Harold and Esther (Jones) Felty. On March 7, 1964, she married James Albert Lamb, and he preceded her in death on March 11, 2012.
She worked as a medical biller with the Care Group. She volunteered for Meals On Wheels and was an active member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church where she taught pre-school and played the violin in music programs. She also played the violin in the Marion Easter Pageant and the Marion Philharmonic Orchestra. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dogs, and she loved God.
She is survived by two sons, Terry (Debbie) Lamb, Sharpsville, and Mike (Jenny) Lamb, Gas City; six grandchildren, Matt (Jenn) Gaylor, Westfield, Josh (Shannon) Gaylor, Westfield, Gage Bell, Trinity Bell, Alexis Lamb, and Austin Lamb, all from Gas City; two great-grandchildren, Kinley Gaylor, and Bronx Gaylor; one brother, Fred Felty, Fountain City; two sisters, Margaret Felty, Richmond, and Deen Howard, Richmond; one brother and sister-in-law, Steve (Tami) Lamb, Richmond; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 700 E. Southway Blvd., Kokomo, with Pastors Mitch Norwood and Matt Gaylor officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home.
