Linda Lou Norwich

She attended and graduated from Swayzee High School in 1959 and worked as HFA Executive Director until she retired at the age of 70.

Linda really liked listening to music and dancing around her kitchen. She greatly enjoyed traveling, going to horse races, the beach, and the East Coast. She was an active member of the Elks of Kokomo. She was an avid IU fan and loved Bobby Knight.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Roxie; husband, John Norwich, and long-time friend and ex-husband, Richard Johnson; as well as a brother and 3 sisters.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Richard "Marty" (Melody) Johnson, Amy Johnson (Todd Maiseroulle), and Angie Gabbard; stepson, Bill Crowe; twin sister, Connie Ritchey; and grandchildren, Jacob Johnson, Zachary Crowe, Samantha Wray, Roxie Wray, Jesse Johnson, and Adrienne Larkin; as well as many great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center, located at 3400 S. Webster Street, Kokomo, IN 46902, on December 11, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, funeral service at 1:00 pm. The committal service will take place at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery, 2097 West Alto Road, Kokomo, IN 46902, immediately following her funeral service.
