Lois Jean Williamson

Lois Jean Williamson, 84, of Kokomo passed away at 1:15 AM Friday August 16, 2019 at home. Born April 16, 1935 in Belfry, KY, she was the daughter of the late Silas Workman Sr and Hattie (Runyon) Workman. She married Ernest Blackburn, who preceded her in death. She then married Herman Williamson, who also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker who enjoyed playing cards, sitting on the porch, spending time with her grandchildren and cooking for her family. Survivors include one son Kenneth Blackburn of Kokomo; four grandchildren Krystal Hanson, Chrisanna Anderson, Cameron Wright, and Kacelyn Blackburn; three great grandchildren Logan, Carter, and Amelia. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and one grandson Joshua Mason-Blackburn. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday August 22, 2019 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Pastor Curtis Matteson will officiate. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday at the mortuary.
