

Michael Charles Reynolds, 26, Westfield, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014, due to injuries sustained in a car accident. He was born July 18, 1988, in Kokomo, to James and Dawn (Johnson) Reynolds.
He graduated from Tri-Central High School in 2007 and from Indiana University in 2012. Michael was a hardworking, caring, and compassionate person. He was always the first in line to help out the family with any kind of project. He enjoyed playing cards at Grandma’s house anytime the family was together. He enjoyed being outside, whether it was for a Chicago Cubs game, at Dale Hollow Lake wake boarding, playing softball with the guys, going to the Indy 500 with his brother and cousins, or on his motorcycle. He loved being around golf, whether it was working at Highland Country Club or playing a round. He was an avid fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels and Chicago Cubs. In his 26 very short years, he lived life to the very fullest. He brought joy to anybody around him and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, James and Dawn Reynolds, Sharpsville; brother, Bryan Reynolds, Windfall; grandparents, Shirley A. Reynolds, Kokomo, Nancy L. Johnson, Westfield, and James A. Reynolds, Kokomo; aunts and uncles, Lisa (Larry) Griffin, Peggy (Lloyd) Powell, and Randy (Kim) Johnson; and cousins, Sara (Nick) Savoy, Kevin (Christina) Griffin, Corey (Tricia) Powell, Nick Powell, Hailey Johnson, and Krista Faucett.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald R. Johnson; and step-grandmother, Sue Reynolds.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Messages of condolence may be expressed online at www.sunsetmemorygarden.com.
