Mona Miller, 78, Greenwood, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2010, at her residence. She was born July 26, 1932, in Kokomo, to Frederick and Pauline (Sheppard) Wintland. She married Gilbert Earnest Miller, and he survives.
She graduated from Kokomo High School in 1950 and went on to work for Delco Electronics where she retired from after 31 years of service. She was a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, the Eagles Lodge, and the Elks Lodge.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Deborah Miller Zook and her husband Lewis, Portland, Oregon; two sons, Gilbert Miller and his wife Janice, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Joseph Miller and his wife Christina, Greenwood, Indiana; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one brother, Frederick Wintland and his wife Sandra.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
