He was born in Kokomo, Indiana to Donald Abney and Jo Ann Little on May 22nd, 1957.
Patrick graduated from Tri Central. He served in Germany as a helicopter mechanic in the Army and served from November 1976 - December 1980. After the military he became a welder and construction worker and could do almost anything with his hands.
Patrick loved spending time with his grandkids, his dog Buster, and his cat Homey. In the past he enjoyed riding his Harley.
He is survived by his father Donald Abney (Jan), two sons, Patrick Abney and David Abney and Brittney Rice, sister Robin Little, brother Michael Abney, as well as 7 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann Little; two sisters, Sherry and Penny Abney; and one brother, David Abney.
There will be a graveside service at Albright Cemetery on Saturday, November 13th at 1:00pm.
