Philip A. Burch, 83, Kokomo, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo. He was born April 2, 1928, in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He married Elzena V. Burch, and she preceded him in death.
He retired from the United States Coast Guard.
He is survived by one son, Leonard Philip Burch; three grandchildren, Philip A. Burch, George A. Burch, and Jerome A. Burch; and four great-granddaughters.
