Rhonda M. Wilson

Rhonda M Wilson, age 63, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Rhonda was born March 13, 1959 to Hal and Lucy (Vehue) Van Pelt, Sr. in Gastonia, North Carolina. On July 4, 1986, Rhonda married Eric Wilson, and he survives. She worked as a dietary cook at Manor Care Nursing Home for several years. Rhonda enjoyed reading, playing games on her phone, and working on jigsaw puzzles. She is survived by her spouse, Eric Wilson; her son, Matthew Gerry (wife, Danielle); a brother, Hal Van Pelt Jr (his wife, Betty Jo); sisters, Sherry Fidalgo, Jennifer Van Pelt, Mary Murphy (husband, Michael), Julie Trout (husband, Mark), and Kim Boardman; sister-in-laws, Diane Moore, Sheila Evans, Michele Imlay; brother-in-laws, Bobby Wilson, Barry Wilson, Larry Evans, and Larry Moore; two grandchildren, Luke and Matthew; along with several nieces and nephews. Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Mark Van Pelt; a nephew, Matthew Riley; and two brother-in-laws, Lawrence Fidalgo and Mark Imlay. Visitation for Rhonda will be from 12-1pm on Wednesday, August 3, at Ellers Mortuary, 725 S Main St. A graveside service will follow at Crown Point Cemetery.
