

Steven T. Douglass “Cowboy”, 68, Kokomo, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012, at his home. He was born December 23, 1943, in Indianapolis, to Glenn Miles Douglass and Mary Jane Stine. He was a graduate of Shortridge High School.
Steven was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a former employee of GM Motors (Delco). He was a member of the American Legion and the Elk’s Lodge. Steven had rededicated his life to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a member of Grace Memorial C.O.G.I.C. Church.
He is survived by his brother, James McClerkin, of Texas; his sisters, Edie Howard, and Betty McClerkin, of Texas; daughters, Mary Douglass, Glenda Fetterhoff, Tova Carlson, and Tammy Myers, all of Kokomo; sons, Donnie Douglass, Glenn Douglass, Nick Hoosier, Berry Hoosier, Randy Hoosier, and Christopher Roler, all of Kokomo; several grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita, his father, his mother, one brother, and two grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday at Grace Memorial C.O.G.I.C. Church, 1417 N. Delphos, Kokomo, with Pastor Milton Hall, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Kokomo Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, Steven asked that donations be made to the church.
