He was born on Oct. 7, 1946, in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He was a retired maintenance engineer and owner of Island Maintenance Service.
Preceded in death by wife Nora Macabeo Garcia, father Amadeo Daquigan Garcia, mother Aurelia Dela Cruz Garcia, sister Flordeliza Garcia and brother Rodolfo Garcia.
He is survived by daughters Maria Garcia Barroga, Mimi Garcia Stahl, Shirley Garcia, sons Norberto Garcia, Roberto Garcia Jr., brothers Oscar “Andy” Garcia, Samson Garcia, Gene Garcia, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit the family on March 27, 2025, at St. Catherine Alexandria Parish, Kapaa. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m., Mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m., and burial to follow at St. Catherine Cemetery.
