Annice Marie Brannon, age 79, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica. Marie was born March 9, 1939 to the late Thomas Melton Jiles and Jemmima Kamie League Jiles. In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Willis Mack Brannon.
Marie is survived by; three sons, Michael and Angele Brannon, of Cadiz, OH, Mark and Rhonda Brannon of Salem, AL, Matthew Brannon of Ratcliff, KY; three sisters, Elsie Davis, Edna Scott, Janice and Ray Turner all of Carrollton, GA; brother, Jimmy Jiles of Bremen, GA; and sister-in-law; Estell Jiles Carrollton, GA; seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
The gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Word of Life Church in Carrollton, Georgia. A celebration of life service will be at 2:00 PM with Rev. Keith Jiles officiating. Burial will follow at Carrollton City Cemetery.
