Charles Roy Ray

Mr. Ray was born July 8, 1938 in Winona, MS to the late Leroy Ray and Georgia Ligon Ray. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Mr. Ray worked for a number of years at Eastern Airline and Lockheed Manufacturing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred W. Ray; son, Jimmy Hendrickson; and a sister, Annette Foster.

Survivors include his sons, Charles L. Ray, Donnie (Lana) Hendrickson, Ronnie Hendrickson; daughter, Sarah (Tony) Smith; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Harvey Foster; other relatives and friends.

A family graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona, MS. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Charles Roy Ray, Sr.
