Mr. Lyons was born October 9, 1944 in Harvey, IL, son of the late Edward Lyons and Mildred Y. Hall Lyons. He had lived in LaGrange for the past five years and was retired from IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers).
Survivors include his wife, Donna L. Lyons; children, Mark A. Lyons and Deana L. Lyons Crow; grandchildren, David A. Lyons, Brittney L. Crow, and Austin A. Crow; and two brothers, David E. Lyons and Ronald L. Lyons.
A Celebration of Life will be held 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Reverend James Lyons officiating.
The family will be at the home of his wife, Donna Lyons, and will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
