Judith Molnar

Mrs. Molnar was born January 6, 1946 in South Bend, IN, daughter of the late Dale R. Leighty and Harriett Jerzakowski Leighty. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, LaGrange, GA. Mrs. Molnar was employed with Osco Company in South Bend, IN before moving to LaGrange and was employed with Kroger Company, LaGrange, GA before retiring.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, David J. Molnar of LaGrange; two sons, Dennis (Laura) Molnar of South Bend, IN and Mark (Tiffany) Molnar of Buffalo, N.Y.; grandchildren, Mandy Rae Rice of South Bend, IN, Kayla Molnar of South Bend, IN, Mark Landon Molnar of Buffalo, N.Y., and Andrew Molnar of LaGrange; step grandchildren, Aly Abel of South Bend, IN and Austin Mustain of Buffalo, N.Y.; great granddaughter, Madilyn Rice of South Bend, IN; sister, Susan (Anthony) Guiffreda; brother, James (Gwen) Leighty of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, June 5, 2014 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Father Patrick Scully officiating. The gathering of family and friends will be on Thursday from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mrs. Judith Molnar.
