Kathy was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Fred Lee Wiggins and Anita Mary Glover Wiggins.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Taylor; step sons, Ryan Taylor and Chase Taylor; grandchildren, Gabriel Rogers, Weston Taylor, Piper, Brooke, and Maeson Taylor.
A Celebration of Life Memorial is being planned and will be announced once finalized.
