I am so very sorry to learn of the passing of Louie.  What a dear man.  I always enjoyed seeing him whenever I had business at the government center.  Ned has fond memories of him and was glad to have the chance to speak with Marie several weeks ago when Louie's health was failing.  Please know we are thinking of you and your family and pray for your strength to carry on.

Louie was a great man and friend. As a deputy working at the courthouse I became to know him and become his friend we began to have a strength test and let me tell YOU had better be ready when he shook your hand. He was a man of God passed that along to his children. I loved him as a man and friend I didn't  see him much after I retired but occasionally would run into him and he was always the same way,  Louie thank you for being my friend and I'll never forget and will always remember how you were before you got sick.

I have never met a more loving Christian man than Louie.  I have known him for over 30 years and never heard a bad thing said about him.  Love you my friend and you will be missed.


Mr. McClung was my dearest friend. A strong but humble and kind hearted man. A wonderful person to talk to when you felt overwhelmed and down. He would be quick to lift your spirits with a joke or advise of wisdom. He was a wonderful cook always bringing me wild game he had prepared. I will never forget the kindness and genuine friendship he shown me. I love and miss you but know we will meet again my dear friend.

Uncle Louie was always there when we needed him. Remembering great times at the backwaters at the cabin! Loved hearing him sing. A faithful man of God, who I am sure has been welcomed into the open arms of Jesus. Thanks for all you have done for us. While the miles have drifted us apart - you have been in my thoughts many times......

Louie was like a second Father to me, so generous and kind.  He is one of the fewest genuinely good men that I have ever known.  I know  that he is with Jesus now, but oh how the world has lost an awesome man and friend.
