Mr. Gezinci was born February 10, 1946 in Adana, Turkey, son of the late Mehmet and Vahide Gezinci. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Lester Gooch and 3 brothers.
Survivors include his daughter, Inci Horoz (Levent); children by marriage, Teressa Pattillo (David), Ronnie Gooch, Mark Gooch (Genie), Neal Gooch (Jennifer), and Susan Bailey (Doug); brother, Kemal Gezinci; grandchildren, Eylul Horoz, Yagmur Horoz, Daniel Pattillo (Vicki), Lori Lawrence (Jason), Dusty Pattillo (Lessie), Devin Pattillo (Jeana), Holly King (Matt), Heather Molina (John), Chance Gooch, Alec Gooch (Allison), Dawson Gooch, Hudson Gooch, Jonathan Gooch, Haddon Gooch, Sbusiso Nkosi, Alicia Bilbo (Travis), Amber Hogg (Daniel), and Ashley Hadley (Dalton); 13 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; and numerous extended family members.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 6:30 P.M. Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Faith Baptist Church, LaGrange, GA with Rev. Donald Yancey officiating. The gathering of family and friends will be on Tuesday from 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Faith Baptist Church, LaGrange, GA or The Antioch Initiative, PO Box 1961, Indian Trail, NC 28079 (Neal and Jennifer Gooch Ministry) in memory of Mr. Nedim Gezinci.
