Mr. Palmer was born January 23, 1942 in Atlanta, GA., son of the late Samuel Eugene Palmer, Sr. and Daphne Tuggle Palmer. He was self employed Construction Program Consultant and was Baptist by Faith.
Survivors include a daughter; Merideth, son; Samuel Houston Palmer; three brothers; Lovett (Sara) Palmer, Gary C. (Elizabeth) Palmer, Van (Deborah) Palmer, twelve nieces and nephews and one uncle, George (Anita) Palmer.
The gathering of family and friends will be at 12:30 until 1:30pm at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary and the celebration of life service will follow after with Rev. Clay Snyder officiating.
